Cancellation Policy
At Rise & Roar Healing, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible care and to respect the time of our practitioners, we have the following policy in place: All services must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. If a session is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the full price of the service will be charged, and no refund will be granted.
